mSENSE inclinometer

mSENSE is a high-precision, high-resolution biaxial inclinometer sensor using MEMS technology that detects the inclinations of a plane. The sensor, based on the capacitive measurement principle, is ideal for structural monitoring applications such as bridges, viaducts, and buildings.

– Range: ±5°; ±10°; ±15°; ±30°
– High Resolution (0,0009°);
– High Accuracy (0,002°);
– Integrated Temperature Measurement;
– Output: Analog and Digital (Modbus-RTU/ASCII)
– Robust Enclosure: Aluminum (IP67 ;

The mSENSE inclinometer is housed in a robust aluminum enclosure with an IP67 protection rating. This sensor provides users with all the advantages of modern MEMS chip technology along with the ability to monitor temperature through an integrated probe within the sensor.
Accurately calibrated during production, the mSENSE inclinometer is easy to mount both horizontally and vertically (on vertical surfaces using an “L” bracket) and to connect to appropriate data reading/acquisition devices. It requires two channels for analog output or a single RS485 bus for Modbus-RTU output.

Compatible for direct connection to Boviar/Sunta data acquisition devices of the “DAS” series, the mSENSE sensor is supplied with a standard 1-meter multipolar cable with free leads and a technical calibration sheet (available upon request with a connector and counter- connector for an additional charge).

– mSENSE Biaxial Inclinometer Sensor;
– 3-meter cable with free leads;
– Calibration technical sheet.

– mSENSE Biaxial Inclinometer Sensor with connector and counter-connector;
– Anodized aluminum wall mounting bracket (L x W x H – 80 x 100 x 80 mm).

Monitoring the rotations of buildings, monuments, constructions, structural elements, and in all contexts where it is necessary to monitor the stability of vertical structures over time.
